An Interesting Thing for Thursday

Jemisin, author of The Hundred Thousand Kingdoms, a book which, when I saw her Big Idea over at John Scalzi's Whatever, I did not think I wanted to read, has written an interesting blog post about the roles of women in fantasy (and, as she says, everywhere else, but for now, fantasy).
